System for Identifying Glioblastoma microRNA Signatures in Liquid Biopsies. The current program is focused on discovering microRNA signatures capable of supporting early glioblastoma detection through network reasoning and structured scientific literature analysis.

Prioritized microRNA signals

After structured paper analysis, the current candidate panel centers on miR-21, miR-222, miR-221 and miR-10b. Working hypothesis: a combined circulating microRNA signature may support earlier glioblastoma detection.
